Accessing Publishing Settings

You can open the publishing settings from the Editor in two ways:

  • Click the button next to the project name in the side panel and select Publish Settings from the drop down menu

  • Click the Publish button at the bottom of the side panel

Both options open the same settings window where you can prepare your project for publishing.

Editing Publishing Settings

1

Update Project Name

2

Set Project Visibility

Under the Visibility dropdown, choose one of the following:

  • Private — only you can access the project

  • Public — anyone with a public link can view it

  • Password — only users with the password can view it.

If you select Password, a field appears for entering the password. There are no format or length restrictions. If you select Public, two shareable URLs will be generated. These appear in the settings window with a copy button for easy sharing.

3

Choose Navigation Type

Select how scenes are listed in Preview Mode:

  • Grid or List — displays all scenes individually.

  • Grid (Space) — displays Spaces in a grid format, without individual scenes displayed individually. This type of navigation works especially well for large, structured projects.

4

Adjust Appearance Color

In the Color Theme setting, choose from white, blue, black, or grey. It is the color of interface elements of Preview Mode.

5

Turn on Autoplay

Autoplay will transition to the next scene automatically when viewing the project

  • 360 images switch after 15 seconds

  • Videos switch after they finish playing

  • 3D models don't switch automatically.

6

Hide Side Navigation

Choose this option to hide the Side Panel with Scene Overview text and List of Layers, Spaces and Scenes when a user opens the project. They can still open the Side Panel by clicking on Layer/Scene button in the upper left corner of the Preview screen.

7

Add Project Overview

This option is also accessible from the Editor

8

Set a Cover Image

Hover over the image area and select an image for the cover. The selected image will appear on the project Start Screen in Preview mode and as a project thumbnail in the projects list on the Dashboard.

Publishing

After adjusting all settings, click the Publish button in the bottom-right corner of the publishing settings window. Your project is now live and accessible according to the visibility and sharing options you selected.
