Information Tags

Information Tags are clickable icons inside the Scene View that reveal extra content—like text, images, video, audio, or PDFs when the project is viewed.

Adding an Information Tag

1

Select the target scene in the side panel.

The selected scene will appear in the main scene view.

2

Adjust the scene viewpoint by clicking and dragging on the scene view panel.

3

Select the Tag Information tool from the toolbar.

4

Click the place in the Scene View where you want to place the tag icon. The location of Information Tag in the Scene View can not be edited later. A new "Tag" window will appear.

5

Add content of the information tag

From the Content drop down menu pick

  • Text option, and type or paste in the text that you want to include

  • Image, video, audio, PDF option, and upload the desired files

6

Change appearance of the information tag

In the Appearance section click a display color and icon size

7

Rename or delete the information tag by clicking on the [...] in the Tag menu

Maps

You can upload an image to serve as an overhead 2D view of all scenes, spacer or layers of a project. Maps are applied at the project level, not to individual scenes.

Adding Maps

1

Click the map icon in the toolbar to open the map editor.

2

A new window will appear, click Upload to add your map image.

3

Add more map images if needed. Reorder Maps: Drag and drop thumbnails within the map editor to change their order.

4

Rename or Delete: Right-click a map thumbnail to rename or delete it.

5

Close the Map Editor to save the changes automatically
